The Jimi Byrd set is the 60’s style strat tone you are picturing in your head. This set has the Strat spank that you would expect, but with the vintage clarity that plays nice and crisp on clean, but breaks up with a more aggressive strumming hand. Over all, a very dynamic pickup set. The Neck, Middle, and Bridge are all using Alnico 5 rod magnets and sing out nicely on leads and solos. Wax-potted for squeal-free performance.
